By accessing this website or by the setting of a rental agreement between our company and you as our customer, you aregiving us an automatic permission to use, transmit and store your personal information.

Our company has taken steps to ensure your personal data is accessible only to the staff of our operations departament.
We collect customer personal data in two ways:
1. When making a reservation at Excellent Car Rental - Costa Rica . The information you provide us will be kept in our records for the company¥s exclusive use. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
2. When signing up for a special promotion or program. The information you provide will only be used for promotions, contests, newsletters, and upcoming events of Excellent Car Rental - Costa Rica. We will never transmit this information to a third party without your expressed permission.
