LOW SEASON (L.S.): from April 16 th, 2005 to November 30 th, 2005
HIGH SEASON (H.S): from December 01 st, 2005, to April 15 th, 2006

Rates are commisionable for Tour Operators and Wholesalers upon request.

THE ABOVE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

INSURANCE: The basic insurance is mandatory with deductible. The full cover insurance does not include deductible (restrictions apply). In case of negligence, insurances o not applied. Insurances are not commisionables.
DROP OFF SERVICE: Cars returned in different office or area, from where originally was rented, have an extra charge of $ 30.00 USD in L.S. and $ 50.00 USD in H.S. ( This rate may vary depending of the drop area)
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: have an extra charge of $ 5.00 USD daly only during H.S.
UNDERAGE DRIVERS: Drivers must be at least 23 years. Drivers between 21 – 23 years, will have an extra daily charge of $ 8.00 USD.
CHILD SEATS: have an extra cost of $ 5.00 USD daily, only during H.S.
EXTRA HOURS: Tolerance 1 hour. Extra hours $ 8.00 USD each one, (maximum 3 hours), exceeing 3 hours, daily fee will be charged.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Daily Rates applies from 1 to 6 day rental. Weekly rates applies for a minimum of 7 days of rental. Daily rates are for 24 hours. Free mileage applies to all vehicles for a minimum of 3 days of rental.
  
• Vehicles should be returned with the same quantity of fuel specified at the beginning of the agreement.
  
• In case of “no show”, the first day will be charged. Return vehicle early before scheduled return, is not reimbursed.
  
• Driver must be at least 23 years and have update drivers license.
  
• A valid major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB, DINNERS) for deposit is mandatory.
  
• Other detailed conditions are specified in front and back of the original agreement.  

Note:

• The basic insurance is compoused by CDW + Liability, and is mandatory, it has deductible.
• Full cover insurance is compoused by CDW + Liability + Full Cover, It doesn´ t has deductible.

Note : in case of negligence, insurances do not applied.
