The rates do not include:
Additional drivers, drop off charge, fuel, insurances, child seats, other expenses.

Ages:
Customer must be at least 23 years of age and have a valid drivers license.

Fuel Charges:
Car must be returned with the same amount of gasoline specified at the beginning of the agreement.

Payment:
Prepayment. All charges will be billed to your credit card.

Overseas Payments:
Should be made by certified check, payable to :

Rental Deposit:
A deposit is required with a major credit card: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB or DINERS CLUB.

Extra Hours:
Tolerance 1 hour. Extra hours $ 8,00 USD each one, ( maximun 3 hours), exceeding 3 hours, daily fee will be charged.

General Conditions:

• Daily rates applies from 1 to 6 days rental.
  
• Weekly rates applies for a minimum of 7 days of rental.
  
• Daily rates for 24 hours.
  
• Free kilometers applies to all vehicles for a minimum of 3 days of rental.
  
• All vehicles are restricted to Costa Rica territory
  
• A valid drivers license and passport are required
  
• All prepaid rentals are not refundable
  
• In case of “no show” , the first day will be charged .
  
• Return vehicle early before scheduled return, is not reimbursed.
  
• Other detailed conditions are specified in front and back of the original agreement.
